I recently signed up with CPM. Their first maintenance inspection was thorough--as a "detail-oriented" (some people say "neurotic") person, I thoroughly appreciated its execution. They're extremely professional & personable, answering all my "detail-oriented" :o) questions. I feel well-taken care of! As a plus, for all you bottom-liners, our place was rented in DAYS!! Update: They are truly reputable. My husband & I feel very well taken care of by them. So far...so EXCELLENT!

Mandy is an angel. We have been in our home for a little over a year and this has been the best experience we have ever had as renters. She has always been quick to respond when we needed anything! The company as a whole has been wonderful to deal with. Mandy definitely adds a lot of heart to the company.
