Going on one year in a rental home in South Meridian with my wife and dogs. In the summer there are property checkups that are done through an app by taking exterior photos which I think is pretty convenient. We had a water heater leak which management was able to get someone out in a timely manner to repair which was great. Hoping to stay here for a while.
