Cornerstone Property Management uses ‘Appfolio Property Management’; a complete software tool that handles all of our accounting needs for residential management. Appfolio keeps track of all income and distributions throughout the year and generates reports that can be customized for the owner. Investors will have access to an online portal where they can access their desired information at any time and in any location. This portal is devised to simplify storage ability for our owners, no longer will an owner need to keep a hard copy (although that is certainly an option).
